Health is the key
April 7 is World Health Day. It calls on people to care more about health. If you are healthy, you have hope; if you have hope, you have everything.
According to WHO(世界卫生组织), health is about both our bodies and our emotions(情感)．

· Confidence(信心)

Our confidence can easily get hurt. We care about what others say. If the person is only trying to make you feel bad, don't worry about it. If the person is criticizing(批评) you to help you, respect his or her advice.
· Feeling low
We all have the moments of unhappiness. It's normal at your age.
Lots of changes are happening. You want to find out more about yourself and the world.
But if you feel bad all the time, there may be a problem—you will feel sad and you can't sleep well. It's called depression (抑郁)．
If you have those problems, talk to your parents and your doctor.
