教材分析 This period is the second lesson of Unit 5. Students will review and understand the article of Reading. Then they can listen and catch a key information about the Table Tennis Club matches. And they will learn to express date and time in English and talk about clubs. Students have an interest in the text. According to this period, they can improve their reading and listening skills.
学习目标 Knowledge objectives: 1)To master the use of core vocabulary in the reading part. 2)To carry on the related exercises with the reading link, strengthen the understanding. 3)To listen to a text about an asteroid is coming.Skill objectives:1)To learn some listening skills related to the listening topic before listening. 2)To catch a key information about the Table Tennis Club matches while listening. 3)To grasp the problems and key information after listening.Emotional objectives: Be able to express date and time in English and talk about clubs.Thinking quality objectives:To think combining with reality and then discuss with classmates.
