You might eat dinner together as a family or you may all sit in the living room and watch TV, but you might not talk much. So a family meeting is necessary. If you have a busy family, a weekly meeting is a good idea. You can talk about a problem or make a plan in the meeting.
Having family meetings is a good way to improve（改善）communication among all family members. Everyone who lives in the home should be encouraged to join in the family meeting.
