Long long ago, Mr Ying had a good friend. His name was Du Xuan. One day, Mr Ying invited Du Xuan to his home. They had a lot of nice food for lunch. They drank much wine too. Suddenly, Du Xuan found a small snake cut in his cup. He was very afraid. He thought there were many snakes in his stomach because he drank many cups of wine. After he came back home, he felt bad. He had a bad stomach ache. He couldn’t eat or drink anything. He went to see the doctor. The doctor gave him some medicine. Du Xuan took the medicine every day. But a few days later, he didn’t get better.
Mr Ying heard that. He came to see Du Xuan. He wanted to know why Du Xuan got so ill. Du Xuan told him that he drank the wine with a snake in it. Mr Ying was very surprised. He went back home and thought hard, but he couldn’t find the answer. Suddenly, the bow on the wall caught his eyes. “That’s it!” he shouted excitedly.
He invited Du Xuan again. They sat on the seats where they sat before. Mr Ying put the wine into Du Xuan’s cup. Then Du Xuan saw the small snake in his cup again. Mr Ying stood up and pointed at the bow on the wall. He said, “There is nothing but the shadow of the bow.” Finally, Du Xuan knew what it was in the cup. He was fine at once!

Dog and Rabbit were good friends. They played happily together every day.
One day, Dog said to Rabbit, “How about going on a trip tomorrow ” “Good idea!” “OK. Let's meet at the bus stop at 7:00 tomorrow morning.” “All right.”
That evening, Dog thought, "Will Rabbit go with me Will she cheat me " But Rabbit thought, “I must go to bed early tonight. I mustn't be late tomorrow.”
The next day, it was sunny. Rabbit went to the bus stop early. She waited there for an hour. But Dog didn't appear. She was too cold. She walked back home sadly.
On her way home, she met Dog's mother. Dog's mother said, "Dog is still sleeping." Rabbit began to cry angrily.
Dog felt sorry about what he had done and apologized to Rabbit.
You must do what you said and trust your friends. Good friendship is built on the basis of mutual trust.
