第二节 读写任务(共1小题;满分25分)
阅读下面的短文,然后按照要求写一篇150词左右的英语短文。
Life in the city or in the country, which one will you choose Some people think that the city life has more advantages than the country life. However, some people agree that the country life is like living in a dream.
Some city people believe that they have better schools, more jobs than country people. That is quite true. But none of these are free. They need to pay money. That is why they usually have to get more than one job. They must work hard and often have more pressure than country people although they have more advantages. Money brings city people much convenience, but takes up their time and physical labor.
The country life is cheaper than the city life. You have fresh air and peaceful life in the country. You don't have to suffer from as much stress as city people. However, people in the country receive fewer services and job opportunities than people in the city.
Besides, people in the country are more friendly than people in the city. Talking to neighbors, making good friends and sharing experiences are common parts of the country life. While city people are also friendly, they don't have enough time to care about other people's business. That's why they seem to be less friendly than country people.
In my view, I think that everything in life always has two sides. Nothing is perfect. You can choose where you love to live, depending on your own decision.
【写作内容】

Dear Jack,
How are you doing now I haven’t written to you for a long time because I’m so busy these days. I’d like to introduce my school life at present to you.
We usually get up at 6:30 in the morning and begin our first class at 7:30. At noon, we take a rest for one hour and a half or so and have two classes in the afternoon, and after the class we can take part in all kinds of out-of-class activities. We are all fond of our teachers because they are strict yet friendly to us. Sometimes there is so much homework to do that we have to stay up to finish it. In fact, life in senior high school is not so wonderful and interesting as we imagined, but we’re trying our best to realize our dreams.
I hope you write back soon.

The author thinks living in the city or in the country has its own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, he thinks we should choose to live wherever we like according to our own preferences.
My home is in a small mountain village. Though our village is not big, it is very beautiful with lots of green trees around. All the villagers are so friendly that they seldom fight or even argue with each other. Besides, all the villagers are always ready to help others when someone is in trouble.
I love living in this village though it is far away from the modern city. In our village we can enjoy beautiful sights all the year round. The air is clear and fresh and most villagers live a long life. Though it is still not so well-off, I am sure that all of us teenagers will work hard to turn our village into a wealthy one some day.
