2. I think writing is also important. 我认为写作也很重要。
(1)“writing is also important” 是省略了that的宾语从句,作think的宾语。从句中,writing是主语。当动名词(-ing)、不定式(to do)作主语时谓语用单数。

(2)英语中,当主句的主语是第一人称,谓语动词为think, believe, expect, imagine等动词时,表示否定意义时,要否定主句。翻译时仍要将从句译为否定。如:

in pairs成对的, a pair of一双,一对, two pairs of两双,两对
a pair of后面一般接复数名词,作主语时,谓语动词一般用三单形式。如:
