基数词+o’clock，o’clock 也可省略。
非整点时刻：
倒读法：
先小时，后分钟，用基数词，按顺序读出。
先分钟，后小时。
分钟数小于和等于30分钟的表达：分钟+past+小时.
分钟数大于30分钟的表达：(60-分钟数)+to+(小时数+1).
半点和一刻钟的特殊表达：
30分钟用：half
15分钟用：a quarter

when 和 what time 区别
when和what time都可以用来询问时间，二者在使用时要注意以下几点:
询问做某事的具体时刻（钟点）时，两者可以互换使用。
eg：—What time/When do you go to school 你什么时候去上学？
—I go to school at half past six. 我六点半上学。
询问钟表上表示的具体时间时，只能用what time，不能用when。
eg：—What time is it now 现在几点了？
— It’s ten o’clock. 十点。
询问事情发生的年份、月份、日期以及上午、下午或晚上等非钟点性时间时，只能用when。
eg：—When is Teachers’ Day 教师节在什么时候？
—It’s on September 10th. 在9月10日。
what time/when引导的特殊疑问句的句式结构及回答:
句式结构：What time/When + do/does +主语+动词原形+其他？
What time/When + be动词+主语+其他？
回答what time或when引导的问句，可以用in, on或at等组成的表示时间的介词短语。
【特别提醒】主语是第三人称单数时，问句中的助动词用does，实义动词用原形；答语中的谓语动词用第三人称单数形式。
频度副词
频度副词表示某一动作或状态出现的频率，表示“多久一次”，即在一定时间内某一动作或状态重复出现的次数。频度副词通常用于一般现在时。
常见频度副词
频度副词的用法
1. always 是频度最大的词，意为“总是；永远”。
eg：I always remember my first day at school.我将永远记住我上学的第一天。
2.usually 意为“通常”，即很少例外，频度仅次always。
eg：What do you usually have for breakfast 你通常早餐吃什么？
3. often 意为“经常”，在频度上不如usually那么频繁。
eg：Li Ping often does his homework in the afternoon.李平经常在下午做作业。
4. sometimes 意为“有时候”，频度比often小，表示动作偶尔发生，间断较大。既可以放在be动词、助动词之后，行为动词之前，也可以放在句首，还可以放在句尾。
eg：I sometimes go to the library.我有时去图书馆。
Sometimes I read a book in the evening.我有时在晚上看书。
5. never 从未；永不；决不。
eg：I have never been there. 我从未到过那里。
【拓展】对频率提问，用how often，表示“多久一次”。
eg：—How often do you eat French fries 你多久吃一次炸薯条？
—Never. (我)从不吃。
频度副词的位置
频度副词一般位于be动词、助动词或情态动词之后，实义动词之前。有时为了强调，频度副词也可位于句首。
eg：He can never understand. 他永远也不会明白。
She is sometimes very busy. 她有时很忙。
He sometimes goes there on business. 他有时到那里出差。
My father is always busy. 我爸爸总是很忙。
She often plays the piano after dinner. 晚饭后，她经常弹钢琴。
Sometimes it rains heavily. 有时候雨下得很大。
I usually get up at six thirty. 我通常六点半起床。

(1) best在句中作形容词，意为“最好的”，是good的最高级形式。
eg： I think Jill’s plan is the best. 我认为吉尔的计划最棒。
(2) best还是副词well的最高级，意为“最好地；最”。
eg：Kate speaks English best in our class. 在我们班，凯特英语说得最好。
2. In our group, Li Fei usually gets up late on weekends. (教材 P9 3c)
group 是集体名词，作主语时，若看作一个整体，谓语动词用单数形式；若强调其中的成员，则谓语动词用复数形式。
eg：Our group has some good players. 我们组有一些优秀的球员。
The whole group are young. 整个小组的成员都很年轻。
【拓展】group的相关短语：
a group of 一群…,后接可数名词复数,作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式。
eg：A group of students are cleaning the classroom. 一群学生正在打扫教室。
