1.最近几年，污染问题变得越来越严重。
2.沙尘暴似乎严重了，因为人们砍伐树木和挖草。

What Can I Do For Our Environment
In recent years, we have to face the environmental problem, which is becoming more and more serious. First, sandstorms appear to have increased because people cut down trees and dig up grass. The polluted air does great harm to our health. Second, water is polluted, we have no clean water to drink. The polluted water causes diseases and even deaths.
Faced with environmental pollution, we should take a series of effective measures to deal with(妥善处理) the situation. For one thing, to prevent the process of desertification, we should take good care of the forests and plant more trees instead of cutting them down. For another , we should not throw away the rubbish everywhere, we should recycle, reduce, reuse things as possible as we can. Finally, we should save energy, such as turning off the lights, using both sides of paper and the environmental friendly shopping bags and so on.
Personally, I believe that if all of us are concerned about the earth, our world will become a better place to live in. Consequently , I am confident that a bright future is awaiting us because we are aware of this problem and we have already take measures
