01连词讲解
一、意义
连词是连接单词、短语或句子的一种虚词，起辅助作用，在句子中不单独作成分。
二、用法
1. and和、并且
It’s too late to go out now and besides, it’s starting to rain.现在出去太迟了，而且，天正下着雨。
2. but, 但是；while/ however, 然而；though/ although/ even though/ even if,虽然
The dress fits me well, but I don’t want to buy it because it is too expensive.这个裙子非常适合我，但是我不想买，因为它太贵了。
Though/ Although it’s difficult to make her dream come true, she never gives up.虽然实现梦想是困难的，但是她从来没有放弃。
Tom is good at drawing while John does well in playing football.汤姆擅长画画，然而约翰擅长踢足球。
3. or或者；否则
Hurry up, or you will miss the early train.
快点，否则你将错过早班火车。
4. so, 所以
We didn’t have enough chairs, so some of the students had to sit on the floor.
我们没有足够的椅子，所以一些学生不得不坐在地板上。
5. when当……时候
When my father came back, I had finished my homework.
当我爸爸回来时，我已经完成了作业。
6. while当……时候
Peter likes reading a newspaper while he is having breakfast.
