1教学目标
1.Help the students to learn to write a good composition using linking words, clauses, some phrases and key words.
2. Encourage the students to learn more about the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones.
2学情分析
The students in my class are not good at writing. They took part in a test several days ago. From their compositions, I have found their problems. First, they can't use exact words. Second, most of them can't make sentences with various sentence patterns. Even some write Chinglish.
Last, most of them can't use linking words properly. In order to solve these problems, I design a lesson on writing. Almost every student has at least one mobile phone, and they are really interested in talking about mobile phones, so I choose this topic for them to talk about.
3重点难点
How to organize a paragraph using advanced words, various sentences and proper linking words.
How to make sentences with various sentences patterns.

4.1.1教学活动
活动1【导入】writing
Play a video and ask the students to tell how people communicate in the past. And then ask them to tell how people communicate today, which leads to the topic-mobile phones.
活动2【活动】vocabulary
Ask the students if they are asked to write a paragraph about telecommunications, what words or phrases they would like to use.
活动3【活动】strategies
Introduce three strategies of writing to them. The first is advanced words and do some exercises.

The second strategy is various sentence patterns. Ask the students to translate a sentence into English using various sentence patterns.

Introduce the third tip : proper linking words. Ask the students to conclude common linking words. Then do some practice.

Ask them to pay special attention to handwriting. Show some of their compositions and ask them to comment on the handwriting.
