Viewing(Input)
Enable Ss to be interested in an English job interview, to understand how to face an English job interview, what to prepare, what to talk about through enjoying a micro-video of a real English job interview.
Reading(Input)
1. Enable Ss to predict what a progress report will talk about.
2. Enable Ss to do skimming to get the general structure of the two progress reports.
3. Enable Ss to do scanning to get some detail information by completing a chart about the two senior high students.
4. Enable Ss to do careful reading to find and revise some useful expressions which they have learned or appear in this text to prepare for
making an assessment.
5. Enable Ss to summarize the variety of assessments and their different features.
Writing(Output)
Enable Ss to apply learning outcomes to write a short self-assessment and others-assessment, and enable Ss to write a simple description of a specific job duties, the requirements for employees, the payment by giving them a sample to pave the way for Ss' speaking activities.

2学情分析
学完了必修一M1到M6的高一学生已经能较为熟练表达喜好和简单的观点和态度了,再加上,本部分文本材料简单,因此,他们对评价自己和他人这个话题并不会感到困难。此外,通过电影、电视、网络等媒体资源的介入,学生对招聘面试这个场景也不陌生,如果自己能有机会与同伴一起用英语来做面试官、应聘者或是写推荐信的话,相信会大大提升他们对本节课的学习兴趣和热情。
3重点难点
