Describing today’s actibity. 1.Listen to the daily report and take note ,then answer the question:What was his activity in the morning What is his activity now 1.Inivte one students on duty to describe his today’s activity like:This morning...Now…This afternoon. 1.Lead them to think about the tense. 5
第二环节 观察操作、探索归纳平移的作法 StepⅡ:Grammar learning.① The –ing form of different words.② The different forms of present continuous tense.③ Observation and DiscussionStepⅢ: Using the grammar to get detailed points.The common forms. Some common mistakes. 2. ① Discuss in pairs to write down the rules of –ing forms and different sentences forms.②Check them with the answer and give remarks to yourself.3.①Describe the students’ activity using this tense.②Find the mistakes according to the rules and correct them. Pay attention to the words what can be used in this tense. 2. ①Present different kinds of forms and sentences forms of the tense to ask them to observe and summarize.② Present the complete rules for them to check.3.Prepare a sheet.① Invite a student to mime and ask them to answer :what is he doing ③Present some mistaken sentences to tell them some words can’t be used in this tense. 2. cultivate their ability to self-study by observation.3.Help them to master the details of this grammar. 158

第四环节 课时小结 Stepⅴ: Activity Mime 5. Follow the rules to play the games and let’s see how many students act as the same of the first one. 5. Explain the rules:A line a group to mime the first activity one by one .The last one begin to tell what he is doing 5. Using the tense with pleasure.
第五环节 课后作业 Finish the exercise on p51. Write at least ten sentences to describe your classmates’ activity using this tense.
