I didn’t feel very well last summer, and I was too heavy. My doctor said I ate too much fast food. She said I should get some exercise, eat different food and drink a lot of water.
I started to get exercise with two friends. At first I didn’t like it, because it was tiring. My friends said to me, “Don’t stop! You can do it!” So I didn’t give up. Later I began to enjoy exercising and now I feel very well and happy. My life is very different now!
