Make students tell the infinitive and the Non-finite verbs easily from a complex sentence and enable students to master the usage of the infinitive and the Non-finite verbs used as adverbial with ease.

Understanding the importance of the infinitive and the Non-finite verbs used as adverbial in English compositions’ writing and forming positive attitudes towards the grammar studying.

1. Exploring method to find out the sentences which contain the infinitive and the Non-finite verbs used as adverbial

I. Lead-in
Presentation of a student’s composition and ask someone to read it out, the others find out the sentences in which the non-finite verbs are used as adverbial and discuss what kind of adverbial the non-finite verb is.
Ⅱ. Introduction
1. Introduce the judgment method
