怎样回复电子邮件
1. 首先要注意电子邮件的写作格式
写e mail和写英文信相差不多，主要由称呼、正文和落款三部分构成。写正文时要注意以下两点：
①首先要明确写给谁。不同的收件人，语气不同。写给朋友或关系较密切的人的非正式邮件的可用一些俚语或缩写短语，但正式的邮件就不可用。
②电子邮件要直接，用短句表达清楚即可。当然，对重点部分要做详细介绍。像高考试题中要求写的电子邮件，就必须根据(汉语或图画)提示，将要点写全，并注意语言的运用。而不是像我们平时给朋友发的邮件，不讲章法。
2. 常用表达
回复邮件开头常用句式：
I am glad to receive your letter.
How happy I am when I know...
Thanks for your letter, it's my pleasure to do...
表达看法常用句式：
As far as I am concerned...
In my opinion，...
As for me，...
Personally, I prefer...
My own point of view is that...
结尾常用句式：
I look forward to hearing from you.

I would be grateful if you could/would...
I will appreciate it if you can...
