I. Analysis of the Teaching Material
This module is mainly about music and a famous master musician—Liu fang. The topic is very interesting and practical. It is useful for students to know something about music and to learn to do an interview.
This passage consists of three parts. The first part introduces the training background of Liu Fang; the second part talks about some detailed information about Chinese classical music. The last part is about Liu Fang’s feelings and wishes for Chinese Pipa and Guzheng music. Students can get the main ideas through reading the topic sentences of each paragraph. And they are also helpful for students to develop a correct attitude towards classical Chinese music.
