1.a / an： (1) 泛指：表示"一..." (2) 泛指一类人和事物； (3) a / an + 序数词表示 "又一，再" 2.the的用法: 表示这 / 那 (些)=________________ (1)一独：表示世界上独一无二的事物。 (2)二双：双方都知道的人或事。 (3)三方：在方向的词之前要用the。 (4)四级：在形容词最高级前面用the。 (5)五乐：在乐器的名词前要用the。 (6)六姓：在姓氏复数前表示一家人。 (7)七形：在部分形容词前面表示一类人。 (8)八山：在山河湖泊的名词前要用the。 (9)九党：在党，团体的名词前用the。 (10)十序：在序数词前表示第几时要用the。

知识点详解
冠词的分类：冠词分为不定冠词a, an和定冠词the。
不定冠词a，an
★ a ，an均用在单数名词前，表示某类人和事物中的“一个”，相当于汉语的“一”，但不强调数目。
★ a用在辅音前，an用在元音前。
如：a boy ，a book ， an egg ， an apple
注意：① u发音为 / ju:/ 时， 单词前用a . 如： a usual boy； a university； a unit；a uniform,
a useful book； 注意另外两个特殊词: a one-leg table ; a European
② 常见辅音字母不发音的单词有：an honest boy； an hour； an honor；
③ 单独字母前的用an记忆口诀： Mr. Li has one fox .
eg：There is an “ f” and an “o” in the word “ frog ”
不定冠词的用法
用法 例词或例句
指人或事物的某一种类。 China is a very interesting country． It is an egg．
指某人或某物，但不具体说明何人或何物。 We work six days a week． Is there a bank near here
表示“一”这个数量，但数的概念没one强烈。 I have a mouth, a nose and two eyes.
用于某些固定的词组中。 a little, a few, a lot of, have a good time, in a hurry, have a rest, for a while, take a walk, have a cold
用于序数词前，表示“又一，再一”。 I have read the books twice， but I want to read them a third time.
二．定冠词the的用法
基本用法 例句
(1) 用来表示特指的或指双方都知道的人或事 The man over there is John's uncle.
(2) 表示上文中提到过的人或者事 There is an English book on the desk. The book is Li Lei's.
(3) 用在世界上独一无二的名词前 The sun is bigger than the earth.
(4) 用在形容词最高级、序数词前面 This is the highest building in this city.
(5) 用在乐器名词前 My sister can play the piano and the violin.
(6) 用在方位名词前 in the east / west / south / north，on the left / right
(7) 用在姓氏复数形式前，表示一家人或夫妇 The Smiths are watching TV.
(8) 和形容词连用，表示一类人 The old should be looked after well.
(9) 用在江河湖海及山脉名词前 The Changjiang River is the longest river in China.
(10) 用在某些固定词组中 in the morning / evening / afternoon, in the daytime, in the end, at the same time, by the way, at the age of, at the beginning of, in the middle of, at the moment, on the left/right
三. 不用冠词的情况（零冠词）
用法 例词或例句
名词前有this，that ，my，your，some，any，each，every等代词时。 This is my hat． I love every book．
在星期，月份，季节，节日前。 Today is Sunday． Spring is coming． There is thirty days in June．
在称呼语，头衔和职务等名词前。 Mr Black is a doctor． Lincoln was made President of America.
在一日三餐前。 What did you have for supper After lunch, we are going to the zoo．
在球类运动的名称前。 Can you play baseball Do you play tennis
用在某些固定词组中。 At home,on time, at night, after class
与by连用表示交通工具的名词前 by train, by air, by land
注意：1. 中国的传统节日前一般加“the”：the Mid-Autumn Day ; the Spring Festival
具体某年的季节前一般加“the”：in the winter of 2009在2009年的冬天
2. 但三餐饭前如有形容词修饰时，可以用冠词，eg：have a nice breakfast吃一顿美味的早餐
