April Fool’s Day
The origin of April Fool’s Day is uncertain. Some people say that it has to do with the Roman festival that was held in March. Others say that is was started by Geoffrey Chaucer who mentioned such a day in his book Canterbury Tales when the cook was tricked by a fox. Regardless of its origin, many Western countries observe (celebrate) this day. The popularity of April Fool’s Day has slowly been spreading to the Asia Pacific.
Costume party
