(1)句型:It is/was+形容词(+of sb./for sb.)+to do sth.,意为“做某事(对于某人来说)是……的”。it是形式主语,动词不定式结构(to hear from you)是真正的主语。

①for sb.句型常用于表示事物的特征特点,即表示客观形势的形容词,如easy, hard, difficult,interesting, impossible等。如:
对他来说学两门外语是很难的。
