内容分析
本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册Unit 2第五课时。主要学习了如何在家庭树里描述家庭成员。从而学习和理解grandfather/grandpa和grandmother/grandma的英文意义,并引导引导区分了这些词与汉语概念的不同,从而调动学生的学习积极性,来完成本课时的学习目标。
课时目标
知识与能力
(1)能够听 说 认读单词“sister, brother, grandmother(grandma), grandfather(grandpa)”。
(2)能够用句型“This is…”介绍他人或事物。
(3)能够熟练地吟唱Let’s chant板块的歌谣。
过程与方法
首先,通过播放学生熟悉的动画片《灰太狼》的主题曲,吸引学生的注意力,
引出本节课重难点句型和部分词汇
其次,呈现Mike的家庭树,让学生用“This is…”来介绍每一位家庭成
员 培养学生的语言输出能力
最后,通过游戏,集中学生的注意力,激发学生的学习热情,同时对所学单词进
行操练和巩固 并让学生画出自己的家庭树,使他们意识到每个家庭成员在家里的重要性,并且使本课的知识点得到巩固加深
情感态度价值观
通过画出家庭树,并加以描述,让学生对家人的感情得到升华

教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up & Revision
Greeting to each other.
2. Let’s chant.
T: Everybody has a family. Some people only have father, mother, grandma, grandpa. But some people have a big family. They are father, mother, grandma, grandpa, brother, sister, and yourself. Now, let’s watch the video.
Enjoy the video of the chant first. Then students repeat after watching it. (课件出示:教材P18 Let’s chant的视频)
3. Revision.
The teacher shows the pictures of Mike’s father and Mike’s mother. (出示课件)
T: Who is he/she
Ss: He is Mike’s father. / She is Mike’s mother.
T: Good !
The teacher ask students to try to read the words “father” and “mother” for three times.
T: Today, we will learn more family members. Let’s begin!
Step 2: Presentation
1. Lead-in.(课件出示:一张小灰灰的照片。)
T: Who is he
Ss: Xiao Huihui.
2. Introduce Hui Tailang’s family members on the PPT.③
T: Now, Xiao Huihui is introducing his family now. Do you know them Let’s have a look. (课件出示:灰太狼的家庭照)
(1)Teach the word “family”.
T: We all have a family. I can teach you how to remember the word “family”. You can say“Father and mother, I love you. Family,family,family,fa-mi-ly, family.”
T: Every family member is important in our life. We must love them.
(2)When the teacher points to a member of Hui Tailang’s family. Students say out the name aloud. And the teacher teaches the words “father,mother” and leads students to read the words for three times. (课件出示:灰太狼一家三口的照片。)
(3)The teacher shows Maruko’s family members and Peppa Pig’s brother, and leads students to introduce the characters by using the sentence pattern “This is my…”(课件出示:樱桃小丸子和小猪佩奇的家人照片。)
T: I’m Maruko. This is my grandmother/grandfather/sister.
T: I’m Peppa Pig. This is my brother. Can you introduce them for us

3. Let’s learn.
(1)Watch the video of “Let’s learn”.
T: Mike is introducing his family members to us. Let’s listen and watch.(课件出示:教材P18 Let’s learn的视频)
(2)Students learn to read the words and the sentences after the video.
Step 3: Practice
Play a game —— I say English & You say Chinese.
T: When I say a word in English,you should say it in Chinese at once. Then have a exchange.
(The words include father, mother, grandfather, grandpa, grandmother, grandma, brother, sister. )
Ss: OK!
T: Are you ready One, two, three, go!
Ss: Yes!

At last, show the words on the PPT: father, mother, grandfather, grandpa, grandmother, grandma, brother, sister.
2. Retell Mike’s family members.
The teacher shows the family tree of Mike again. Then students retell Mike’s family members with the following sentence patterns.

Look!This is my... ( father, mother, grandfather, grandpa, grandmother, grandma, brother, sister)
Step 4: Consolidation & Extension
1. Draw and describe.
Students draw their own family trees on the paper, and introduce the family members in pairs.
2. Let’s chant.
Students listen and chant with the video. (课件出示:教材P18 Let’s chant的视频)

教学反思
本节课以单词教学为主,并训练学生用简单的英语句子来介绍人物 通过学生喜爱的动画人物小猪佩奇引出本节课的重难点句型“This is…”等,接着依然让佩奇来介绍家庭成员,以这样的方式来呈现新课,牢牢地抓住了学生的注意力 操练环节的背靠背说单词和唱歌舞动手偶这两个游戏,学生非常感兴趣 接着又让学生画出自己的家庭树并介绍,进一步巩固了本节课的单词和句型 总之,这是一次非常有意义的课,非常成功
