(1) double在此处为不及物动词，意为“加倍；是……的两倍”。它还可作及物动词，其后可直接跟宾语。

(2) double还可作形容词，意为“两倍的；加倍的”。
My colleague is off today, so I have to do double work.
【拓展】double作形容词，还可意为“双人用的；双重的”。

shall / l, l/ modal v. 将要；将会
shall是情态动词，在此处意为“将要；将会”，不能单独作谓语，后接动词原形，通常与第一人称连用。其过去式为should。

Shall we… 我们……好吗
“Shall we… ” 用于表示建议并征求对方意见。
其肯定回答有：OK. / Good idea. / Sure. / Certainly. 等；
其否定回答有：Sorry, I…/ I’m afraid not. 等。

Recently I had a trip to Sydney with my parents. We visited the Wildlife Park.
The Wildlife Park has lots of different animals. Some are native(当地的) to Australians and can only be found there. There are more than 500 animals there, including kangaroos, koalas(考拉)and crocodiles(鳄鱼).They are kept in their natural environment. I like the Wildlife Park better than a zoo. In zoos, most of the animals are in cages(笼子).
We first spent some time with the kangaroos. We could touch and feel them. It was very exciting to be so close to them. There were koalas there too. They looked very cuddly(令人想拥抱的). Although we couldn’t carry koalas, I could take a photo with one. It is a wonderful souvenir(纪念品) of my holiday in Sydney.
The Wildlife Park has plenty of freshwater crocodiles and saltwater crocodiles. Some of them are very big and scary(吓人的)with huge teeth! I did not want to get too close to them.
