The flame lighting ceremony for the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympics Games (冬残奥会) was held at the Badaling of the Great Wall in Beijing, on March 2. The first torchbearer (火炬手) is Xia Boyu, a 73-year-old climber who lost both his feet.
