1. Play a game.
教师出示单词卡片：tomatoes, potatoes, onions, carrots, 并提问：“What do you like?”学生回答后，教师可让学生抽取自己手中卡片的任意一张，如果说的和抽到是同一种蔬菜，则可赢得该卡片。

（1）出示课件，在近处有几块田地，请学生根据生长初期形态来判断是哪一种农作物。

教师用“Yes, they are. /No, they aren’t.”点击后揭示答案。
（2）教师指着另外一块田地，问：“Are those carrots?”启发学生回答。
（3）教师分别指向远处的几块田地，启发学生用“Are those…?”提问, 然后点击电脑揭示答案。

（1）最后两块田地种植的作物，学生可能猜不出来，启发学生用What are these/those? 来提问，教师点击电脑用句型They are….来回答。
