四、 考点梳理
  Let's go! (让)我们走吧!
祈使句, let后面的人称代词用宾格, 后跟动词原形, 表示建议。
  That sounds good. 那听起来很好。
sound听起来, smell闻起来, look看起来, taste尝起来, feel摸起来, 这些感官动词后面跟形容词作表语。
  含有实义动词的一般疑问句
(1)如主语为第一人称、 第二人称和第三人称的复数, 句首加助动词 do; 如主语为第三人称单数, 句首加助动词 does。
(2)否定回答用助动词 don't (=do not), 第三人称单数否定回答用 doesn't (=does not)。
  When is Alice's birthday 艾丽斯的生日是什么时候?
名词所有格表示所属关系, 相当于汉语 “的”。 名词所有格的构成规则详见主书第二部分语法精讲精练第一章考点四的讲解。
  I think John likes strawberries and apples. 我认为约翰喜欢草莓和
苹果。
I think后面的宾语从句如果为否定句, 通常把not放在主句中, 从句用肯定形式。如:
I don't think he likes oranges. 我认为他不喜欢橙子。
  My birthday is on May 2nd. 我的生日是5月2日。
英语中, 表示特定某一天, 如日期、 星期、 节日等, 前加介词on; 特定某一天的上午、 下午、 晚上也用on, 如on the morning of August 15th; 而in the morning/afternoon/evening为固定搭配。
  序数词的用法:①表示编号; ②表示日期; ③用作定语或 表语, 前面要加定冠词the。
  特殊疑问句
(1)特殊疑问句的结构: 特殊疑问词+be (am/is/are) 或助动词 (do/does)+主语?
(2)常见特殊疑问词的含义: what (什么), why (为什么), who (谁), when (什么时候), which (哪一个), where (哪里), how (怎么样), how much (多少) (修饰不可数名词)。
(3)用why提问, 回答一般用because回答。
(4)when 和what time的区别: what time主要提问具体的时间点, 不提问日期; when 可以提问时间点, 也可提问日期或不具体的时间。

Take a look at the bins outside of your house. They often come in different colors. But this isn't just for fun—those colors tell you how you should sort(分类) your rubbish.
Not all rubbish is the same. There is household rubbish(厨余垃圾)—things like banana peels and leftover(剩下的) food. There's harmful rubbish, such as batteries(电池). And then there's recyclable rubbish, like plastic bottles. It's important to sort these kinds of rubbish correctly.

A large store had a big sale day. Ads had been placed in the local newspapers several days before. Many people wanted to buy things at low prices so they rushed to the store that day. The opening time was 9 a.m. However, people had got together at the store as early as 7 a.m., waiting for the door to open.
