内容分析
本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册Unit3第七课时。Story time中,Zoom
和Zip玩起了捉迷藏的游戏。调皮的Zip一直藏在Zoom的身后,所以即使Zoom又在桌子下找,又在床下找,甚至到玩具箱里找,都没有找到Zip。故事呈现了重点句式:Where are you?Under the table.同时呈现了游戏名称:hide and seek以及词汇:table,behind,find。这个故事非常有趣,可以通过角色扮演,让学生在表演中熟悉、理解并掌握这些句式及词汇。
课时目标

(1)能够听懂故事,并表演。
(2)能够完成阅读活动,正确理解、认读本单元重点句式。
过程与方法
首先,通过播放歌曲来热身,并请学生配上动作进行表演。再利用课件为学生提供一个房间物品图片,让学生进行猜测图上物品的位置。以此来导入本节课的内容。
其次,呈现story time 的第一张和第二张图片,并进行讨论。引导学生理解“hide and seek.”和“Are you ready?”的意思。紧接着播放第三张和第四张图片,并和学生一起寻找Zip,适时引导学生读“I can’t find you. ”这个句子。最后呈现第六张图片,并呈现问题“Where is Zip?”。
最后,教师播放视频,学生进行跟读。并分角色朗读和表演这个故事。然后老师和学生一起通过游戏操练新学的句型和短语。

通过玩捉迷藏的游戏,调动学生对学习的积极性,并对日常事物的观察更认真。

Step 1 Warm up
Enjoy a chant —— Where is the toy car?(课件出示:播放书本44页Let’s sing,并呈现歌词。)
T:Boys and girls,let’s chant. Listen to the chant first. Then let’s chant together.
Lyrics:
Where is the toy car?Is it on your desk?
Where is the toy car?Oh,it’s on your chair!
Step 2 Lead in
Look and say
(1)The teacher can show a picture which is similar to“Look and tick”on Page44. (课件出示:一张图片,里面有一个装有很多物品的玩具箱。)
T:The toy box is on the desk. What’s in the toy box What can you see

Students can answer quickly the name of the toys. Aim to practice the words which we have learned in unit4.
(2)The teacher can show a ball. And hide it to let students guess where it is.
T:Class,I have a ball. Please close your eyes now.
One minute later
T:Open your eyes,please. Have a guess where the ball is.
S1:Is it under your desk?
T:No.
S2:Is it on your chair?
T:No.
S3:Is it in your desk.
T:Yes,you are right!It is in my desk.
This way can help students review some sentence patterns“Is it on/in/under... ”
Step 3 Presentation
Play a video of the story and ask the students to watch the video with questions :
Q1:Who are they?
Q2:What are they doing?
T:Now please watch the video carefully and think about the above questions.
Ss:OK!
Three minutes later
T:Who can tell me the answer?Who are they?
S1:First,they are Zip and Zoom.
T:Then what are Zoom and Zip doing?
S2:They are playing hide and seek.
T:Great!Now let’s read the dialogue together. Follow me,please.

Play the video for the second time. And ask students to practice reading in groups and have a discussion about what they are talking about.

T:Yes,this is a table.(课件出示:一张桌子的图片。并对其讲解。)

Play a game —— Catch the plane.

教学反思
本节课故事以游戏为背景,教师通过问答形式,让学生理解故事内容,并通过游戏环节,让学生掌握本节课的重点短语和句子,降低了学生学习的难度。
不足之处在于学生需要掌握的短语和句子比较多,学生记忆效果不是很理想。
今后再学习重点短语和句子时,教师可通过多种方式,让学生反复练习,加强记忆。
