Unit 2 Developing ideas & Presenting ideas 名师教学设计
课时内容：
本课时采用了网络论坛的模式。上周论坛讨论了你是否有关于使用英语的有趣或奇怪的故事，没有想到回帖、点赞和分享的数量很多，这有些出乎意料。作者从数百名回帖中选取了四则最喜欢的摘录出来，和大家分享生活中这些鲜活、生动的语言。通过阅读这些不同文化背景下的英语含义，让学生在轻松、愉快的课堂中掌握了这些词汇的含义和区别，同时提高阅读技巧和能力。
课时目标：
1.掌握并记忆本课时的重点词汇 resource, misadventure, remind, rather, comment, downtown, boot, entrance, section, exit, actually, downstairs, odd, negative, error, in tend, informal, recognise, base, aware, have a frog in one’s throat, be aware of, 并能熟练运用。
2.通过了解在实际运用中有些词汇的不同含义，引导学生发现学习英语的乐趣和趣味，从而培养学生的文化意识，提高学英语的兴趣。
3.通过快读、精读，进一步理解文章主旨，并获得主要信息；通过阅读回帖，概括文章主旨、查找细节内容，培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。
