教材分析 B部分共四页,分两课时。第一课时仍然呈现情景对话和练习。琼斯老师在自己的课上同新来的同学Amy进行对话。首先吴斌斌先向老师介绍新同学,从而引出句型This is Amy. She’s a new student. 老师再和Amy进行交流:Where are you from I’m from the UK. 从而呈现本单元的重点功能句式,询问并回答自己或他人的国籍、籍贯。第二课时呈现重点单词she, he, student, teacher,并通过 Amy和吴斌斌的课上画一画说一说的小游戏,来引出介绍他人身份的句式: This is Amy. She’s a student. 之后通过一个小韵句来使学生区分使用he和she,并进一步熟悉新授词汇。之后的阅读练习、听排列和匹配的练习以及歌曲都用来巩固练习本课的重点词汇及句型,与C部分合为一个课时。

难点 能够在真实的语境中运用本课的句型来询问或回答自己的国籍或籍贯,做到语调自然、准确,表达流畅。

导入新课 Teacher leads the whole class to say the chant on Page 5.Teacher shows the flags of the four countries and leads students to review the countries. Say the chant on Page 5 after the record. Read the countries and spell them. 通过chant和说国名帮助学生复习A部分学过的重点知识,充分调动学生参与的积极性。
讲授新课 Teacher presents some pictures and short videos of a panda, a beaver, an eagle and a kangaroo.Teacher requires students to think hard and complete the conversations. In this way, teacher tries to lead students to learn to introduce about oneself. Teacher gives four questions about Amy and Mr Jones, and then requires students to watch a short video and find out the answers. Teacher plays the record of Let’s talk and requires students to repeat one by one sentence.Teacher shows some pictures and sentences, and requires students to choose the right answers according to the pictures given. To learn to describe the four animals according to the pictures and the videos. While learning, students should use the sentence structures: I’m ... ., I’m from ... . and Where are you from .To watch the short video and find out the answers to the questions.Repeat the sentences in Let’s talk one by one sentence.Look at the pictures, read the sentences and choose the right answers. 通过图片和视频介绍四个国家代表性的动物,增长学生的生活见识,让学生以“朋友”这个的词为切入口,自然衔接了A部分学过的重点句型及下面的学习内容,过渡自然。学生带着问题去看视频,提高他们的听力理解能力和在语流中抓住关键句的能力。跟读课文,感受纯正的语音语调,模仿英美人士正确地朗读课文。培养和训练学生识图、通读句子和理解句意的能力。
课堂练习 Teacher gives students some time to finish the exercises. Finish the exercises by themselves. Finish the exercises by themselves.
课堂小结 本课以趣味教学为主,口语训练教学贯穿整个教学过程的前前后后,学生从兴奋的状态中进入新知识的学习,然后在兴奋的状态中结束新课。整堂课让学生有一种不想下课的心情,极大的提高了学生学英语的兴趣。在做练习口语的过程中,学生积极主动地参与其中,真正达到了“玩中学,学中乐,乐中用”的最佳境界。
