内容分析
本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册Unit5第二课时。在let’s learn部分,
是重点词汇和重点句式的呈现、学习。由餐桌摆放的水果引出本单元的四会词汇:apple,pear,orange,banana。以及重点句式:Do you like...?Yes,I do.在Let’s chant部分里,是要学习一个小歌谣。主要句式为:I eat apples。学生会了解到两个口语词汇:yummy和tummy,还有一个名词bowl。在唱这个歌谣时,学生能够重复说出四种水果的名称,从而起到了操练重点词汇的目的。

过程与方法
首先,通过玩游戏,引出单词“apple(s), pear(s)” 借助实物和课件呈现单词,并用“大小声” 跟读等活动教授新单词,激发学生的学习兴趣 自编chant操练单词的同时,滚动复习句型“Do you like… ” 利用游戏“What’s missing”来操练新单词,充分调动学生的多种感官,既可以活跃课堂气氛,又能加强学生对新单词的记忆
其次,引导学生带着问题观看文本动画,整体感知文本,获取有用信息 通过听教师的指令画出相应的水果并涂色,完成形义配对 “举水果的图片”的活动丰富课堂,训练学生的听音能力和反应能力,同时操练巩固单词
最后,创设自然真实的情景,让学生在情景中合理运用所学语言询问对方对水果的喜好,培养学生的语言综合运用能力

Step 1: Warm-up & Revision①
1.Greeting to each other.
2.Sing a song—An apple a day. (课件出示:播放教材第54页的歌曲,包括其歌词。)
3.Check the homework
Choose several students to share their surveys about the popularity of fruit for their family.
Step 2: Presentation
1. Teach the new words.
(1) Learn the word “apple(s)”.
T: Boys and girls, I went shopping just now. And I bought some fruit for you. Can you guess what fruit I bought
Choose a student to the front of the class. Then let students touch the fruit in the bag without looking and try to guess what is in the bag.
T: What’s that
S1: An apple!
T: Yes,It’s an apple!
T: Boys and girls, please look at the apple carefully . Do you like apples
Ss: Yes, I do./No, I don’t.
Show the word cards of “an apple” and “apples” on the PPT. (课件出示:一个苹果和一些苹果的图片。)
Play a game of “high and low voice” to teach the words.
T: Children, read after me with clapping your hands.
Apple↗, apple↘, do you like apples↗ No, I don’t↘.
(2)Teach the word “pear(s)”.
Choose a student to the front of the class. Also,ask him/her to touch the fruit in the bag and have a guess.
T: What’s that
S2: A pear!
T: Bingo! It’s a pear.
Show the word cards of “a pear” and “pears”on the PPT. Let students read after the recording the teacher first. (课件出示:一个梨和一些梨的图片。)
Students can chant by clapping their hands:
Pear↗, pear↘, do you like pears↗ Yes, I do↘.
(3)Teach the word “orange(s)”.
T: Now, I act as a fruit. My colour is my name. Can you guess
Ss: Yes,Orange!
T: Well done!
Put the pictures of “an orange” and “oranges” on the PPT. Teach students the words by the word cards. (课件出示:一个橘子和一些橘子的图片。)
Lead students to chant by clapping their hands:
Orange↗, orange↘, do you like oranges↗ No, I don’t↘.
(4)Teach the word “banana(s)”.
T: Please guess once again. Now I act as another fruit. I have a yellow coat and a white body. Monkeys like me very much. Can you guess
Ss: Yes,Banana!
T: Great!
Put the pictures of “a banana” and “bananas” on the PPT. (课件出示:“一根香蕉”和“多根香蕉”的图片) Teach the words by the game “driving a train”.
Lead students to chant by clapping their hands:
Banana↗, banana↘, do you like bananas↗ Yes, I do↘.
2. Who is lost
Present the pictures of “an apple, a banana, a pear, an orange” on the PPT. Turning them out of order and disappear one of them at random. Students should say the missing fruit as fast as possible.
3. Watch and answer.
(1) Play the cartoon of “Let’s learn” for the first time. (课件出示:Let’s learn的视频) Students watch the cartoon carefully.
(2) Play the cartoon for the second time. Students watch it again with the questions:

Q2:Where are they
Q3:What fruit can you see
(3) Read the dialogue after the recording.(出示课件) Practice it in groups, and then have a role play.
4. Let’s say.
—Do you like apples? A. Yes,I do. B. No,I don’t.
—Do you like pears? A. Yes,I do. B. No,I don’t.
—Do you like oranges? A. Yes,I do. B. No,I don’t.
Students choose the right answer according to the pictures. Then finish the dialogues.
Let’s check the answers together by reading the sentences three times.
Step 3: Practice
1. Listen and draw.
T: Boys and girls, please take out your paper and pens. Now Listen to me carefully and draw what you hear.
T : a banana.
Ss: ...
T: two apples.
Ss: ...
T: three oranges.
Ss: ...
T: four pears.
2. Listen and play.
T: Children, listen to my order carefully and take out the right pictures which you drew just now, then read the words aloud three times.
Make a model:

Students raise up the picture of “apple” and say “Apple! Apple! Apple!”

Step 4: Consolidation & Extension

T: Tomorrow,you are going to have a party,so you need to buy some fruit for the party.
(1)Please make a dialogue with your partner and practice in groups.
(2)One student act as a customer and the other student acts as a shopkeeper. Then act it out.

2. Let’s chant.
(1) Let students look at the picture of “Let’s chant” carefully.(课件出示:书本第49页Let’s chant的图片。)
T: Class,please look at the picture. What fruit can you see
Ss: Pears. / Grapes. / Apples…
(2) Play the video of “Let’s chant” for the first time. (课件出示:教材P49 Let’s chant的视频) After watching it, the teacher takes out an apple.
T: Look,I’m eating an apple. Wow, it’s yummy.
The teacher can use body language to help students understand the meaning of “yummy”. Lead students to follow teacher and then try to read the word “tummy” by themselves.
(3) Listen to the chant again. Let students learn to read after the recording by themselves. And chant with the class together.
