教材分析 本单元是义务教育人教版(pep)小学英语教科书三年级下册复习一。这是一个针对前三个单元的重点句型和重点词汇设计的综合复习单元。 由对话阅读、韵句、连线、看图阅读、找词游戏及歌曲等活动组成。在对话阅读活动中,陈洁为自己的朋友John和Wang Tong做介绍,他们知道了彼此的姓名、国籍,在此过程中,复习了前三个单元中学习的重点句型:Who’s that boy He’s my friend, John. This is my friend, Wang Tong. Where are you from I’m from the USA. You’re tall. 学生在具体的语境中再次体会感受到所学习到的重点句型,并学习如何将所学的知识综合起来运用。韵句和连线活动主要针对第三单元的重点词汇,学生在完成活动时,综合复习第三单元的形容词,并能够综合第三单元的知识来描述动物的特征。看图阅读活动针对第一、二单元的重点句型和词汇,通过Sarah的家人观看Sarah演出的照片,请学生找一找woman, teacher, boy, man, student, girl。并谈论图片中人物的身体,复习使用句型Who’s that man/woman/boy 找单词游戏及歌曲的内容主要复习了前三个单元中的语音例词,以带学生综合感受元音字母a、e、i在单词中的发音。在本单元的教学中,要以话题为中心,创设真实或虚拟的语言情境来复现、梳理、归纳知识,帮助学生听说、认读所学内容,达到巩固、迁移和提高综合语言运用能力的目标。

教学过程

导入新课 Teacher plays the record of words and expressions from Unit 1-3, and lets students read aloud. Then teacher leads students to say the chants. Read the new words and expressions from Unit 1-3, then say the chants. 三个单元的重点句式都与介绍有关,所以以歌曲和chants热身,以便更流畅、完整地呈现本课的教学活动。
讲授新课 Teacher presents flags of five countries and leads students to review countries. Teacher leads students to review pronouns, family members by PPT. Teacher leads students to finish the exercises on Page 34. Teacher leads students to review the adjectives on Page 33. Teacher leads students to review how letter a, e and i make sounds. Teacher requires students to circle the words on Page 35. Then teacher plays another short video for students to learn to sing a song. Look at the flags and match them with countries. Then look at the animals and fill in the sentences according to the information given. Review how to use he, she, family members by finishing different tasks. Look, think and answer the questions teacher offers. Then turn to Page 32, students look at the pictures and watch a video, find out the answers to the questions teacher gives. Look at the picture and review the adjectives after teacher, and then watch a short video and say the chant. Next, students read and fill in the blanks according to the information given. Finally, they read and match the animals with the sentences. Look, read and review. Find and circle the words on Page 35, then sing a song along with the short video. 引导学生通过观察图片来收集信息,在复习过程中使用重点句式及词汇进行交流。通过引导学生观察图片、观看视频复习1-3单元描述动物主要特征的形容词。复习1-3单元中元音字母A、E、I的发音及规律。 最后用歌曲结束本部分的复习。

课堂小结 本课是一节复习课,如果教师一味死板地给学生讲解知识,势必让学生失去学习英语的兴趣。为了避免这一现象,教师通过猜单词、口语交流、看图练习、唱歌等形式来充分调动学生的积极性,使学生在各种活动中不知不觉地完成了复习任务,收到了很好的效果。
