内容分析
本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册Unit6第三课时。本课时通过一个韵
句,复习、总结了本册书学习到的五个元音字母a,e,i,o,u在单词里的发音。韵句共有四句,其中的六个单词hand,legs,ten,dog,duck,big都是学过的,所以学生在之前的学习中曾读过、写过。在这个环节中,把这五个单词中元音字母空出来,要求学生能够根据韵句中的单词发音填出单词中所缺的字母,把语音例词补充完整。
本课时是对整册书语音知识的一个总结和再现,要设置合理的活动,使学生通过读一读、拼一拼、写一写等活动,回忆、再现元音字母在单词中短音发音,并能够根据其发音规律拼读含有该字母的语音例词。
课时目标
知识与能力
(1)能够总结并掌握五个元音字母“a, e, i, o, u”在单词中的短音发音。
(2)能够根据五个元音字母的发音,填出单词中所缺的字母。
过程与方法
首先,通过让学生自己在已学单词里寻找元音字母,并在教师的带领下学习这五个元音字母的发音,使学生更加深刻地理解和掌握这五个元音字母,从而更好地运用到学习 生活中
其次, 通过练习,强化学生对这五个元音字母的理解与记忆,练习时配合有节奏的chant,使练习显得不那么枯燥
通过打地鼠游戏,让学生进一步熟悉五个元音字母,使他们在游戏中记住五个元音字母
最后,通过练习进一步加强学生对元音字母的理解,培养学生的综合能力
情感态度价值观
在学习拼读单词的过程中,激发了学生的求知欲,也能培养学生探索精神。

Step 1: Warm-up & Revision
1.Greeting to each other.
2.Revision.
(1)Enjoy a chant. (课件出示:教材 P59 Let’s chant的视频)
(2)Let’s chant with the music with clapping their hands.
3.Find and read.
The teacher show some words that contain vowels on PPT. Students try to say more words that contain vowels as many as possible.
a:apple, map, panda, cat, fat, dad, cap …
e:pear, seven, desk, red, pen, eleven, bed …
i:sister, thin, giraffe, six, big, gift, milk, chicken …
o:box, orange, dog, body, not, on, so, toy, boy …
u:under, us, fun, bus, cut, run, duck …
Step 2: Presentation
1.Let’s spell.
(1)The teacher presents the words that contain vowels on PPT, then asks students to read them.
(2) Leads students to learn the pronunciation of the vowels.

2. Chant and write.
(1) The teacher shows the pictures of “Chant and write”on PPT. (课件出示:教材P60 Let’s spell的图片。)
(2) Play the recording and ask the students to listen to the recording carefully. (课件出示:播放教材P60 Let’s spell的音频。)
(3) Try to fill in the blanks. (课件出示:教材P60 Let’s spell需要填空的句子。)
(3) Let’s check the answers with students together. (课件出示:填空题的答案)
Step 3: Practice
Game: Flying balloons.
The teacher shows the PPT of some words that contain vowels on balloons, then asks students to read the words loudly when the teacher fly them one by one. (课件出示:“气球飞”的游戏。)
Step 4: Consolidation & Extension
1. Do some exercises.
Present some words that contain vowels on PPT. Ask students to classify the words according to the pronunciation of the underlined letters.

2. Who is faster?
(1) The teacher presents some words that contain vowels on PPT one by one.
(2) Students need to read the words loudly which they see when they look at the PPT carefully.
(3) Award the student who is the fastest and answer most correctly.
