内容分析
本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册Unit6第七课时。在Story time中,
Zoom和Zip进行了一场摘苹果的比赛。Zoom摘得很快,却不知道用东西把苹果装起来,最后只剩下了3个苹果。而Zip很聪明地用了篮子,而且她还跟Zoom后面,轻松地超过了Zoom。这个故事简单明了,语句也不多,共有四幅图片,主要用来复习1-20的表达和重点句子。学生学起来会非常容易。
课时目标
知识与能力
(1)学生能够根据意群,准确朗读故事并表演。
(2)学生能够利用句型“So many+名词复数!”发表感叹,强调某物数量多。
(3)学生能够掌握“only”的含义和用法。
过程与方法
首先,通过热身活动,可以营造良好的英语学习氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣。此环节为上一课时学习到的内容,既可以复习已知的知识,也可以为之后的学习环节做好知识上的准备。
其次,播放Story time的视频,让学生认真观察。由比赛这一话题串接起上一环节与故事。让学生自然接受的同时,产生阅读的欲望。并通过简单提问,让学生明白won的意思。再次播放故事,让学生认真跟读,感受发音。
最后,分角色读课文,之后,再分角色表演课文。能够使学生真正地理解故事内容,并能够正确表演故事。这个故事,有趣味又有意义,增加学生语言的输入并引导学生逐步适应文本阅读。

通过阅读小故事,教会学生做事要思考,不能顾前不顾尾,最后白费功夫。

Step 1: Revision & Lead in
Warm-up
(1)Enjoy a song——One,two,three,four,five.
The teacher play a song“Let’s sing”on Page 54. And ask students act it out with actions.(课件出示:教材第64页Let’s sing的动画,包括其歌词。)
(2)Oral practice.
The teacher shows some pictures of fruit and talks with students about the number of them. The teacher can make a model with a student and ask them to work in pairs.(课件出示:一些水果的图片,并和学生一起讨论其数量。)
For example:
T:How many pears do you see?
S1:I see seven.
T:How many pears do you have?
S1:I have ten.
Step 2: Presentation&Practice
The first picture.
The teacher show the first picture on PPT and ask students to observe.(课件出示:Story time的第一张图片。)
T:What fruit do you see?
Ss:I see apples.
Lead students to get the meaning of the picture.
T:Zoom and Zip want to pick apples. They have a race.
Teach the phrase“have a race”by using picture and lead students to read it three times.
The fourth picture.
(1)The teacher show the first picture on PPT and ask students to observe.(课件出示:Story time的第四张图片。)
T:How many apples does Zoom have?
Ss:Three.
T:Yes!Zoom has only three.
The teacher teach students“only”by the word card and lead students to read it three times.
T:How many apples does Zip have?
Ss:Zip has seventeen apples.
T:Great!
The fifth picture.
(1)The teacher show the fifth picture on PPT and ask students to observe.(课件出示:Story time的第五张图片。)
T:Who won the race?Who is the number one?
Ss:Zip!
The teacher teach students“won”by the word card and lead students to read it three times.
Listen and read
The teacher plays the recording for the first time and the students follow the recording to read. Pay attention to the pronunciation and the intonation.(课件出示:播放Story time的录音。)
Let’s try
Students read the story by themselves.
Play roles with teacher to read the story.
T:Let’s read the story. Boys will be Zoom. Girls can be Zip. Let’s read it.
Ask students to practice the story in roles in pairs.
T:Now,let’s try to act the story out. Who wants to be Zoom?Who can play Zip?
Step 3: Consolidation & Extension
Show time.
The teacher take out the headwears and a picture of several apples with a basket.(课件出示:Zoom和Zip的头饰,以及一篮子水果的图片。)
(2)Ask three groups to the front to role-play in class. The other students can choose the best group.
T: I give you five minutes to prepare. Five minutes later, your team will role-play this story.

亮点:在教学Story time板块时,教师借助PPT的图片来帮助学生理解故事中的关键词汇和句子,降低教学难度
不足之处:个别学生在舞台表演故事时声音比较小,语音、语调不正确,表演情绪不到位。
教学建议:在教学过程中,鼓励学生,树立学生自信心,让更多的学生参与到表演中,提高学生的舞台表演力,提高学生的口语表达能力。(共22张PPT)
