Travel provides a learning experience like no other. When you travel, you learn things about the people and places you see.
e.g. I never realized how well-off most Shenzhen citizens are until I visited some rural areas in the countryside.
Thus, not only does seeing a different country open your mind to new possibilities, it also helps you to see your own country or city with fresh eyes.
“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.”
-Saint Augustine
