内容分析
本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册第二个复习巩固单元。
Go up the ladders. Go down the snakes是经典的“梯子和蛇”的游戏。这个游戏提供了十四张图，内容是固定的，但学生可以自行选择句子、单词来描述图片内容，答案是开放的。这四幅图复习了本册书的有关国籍、位置、数量、水果、特征、家人等几乎所有话题的内容，是一个综合性非常强的游戏。
Look and write中出示了四幅图片，在图片下边乱序给出了组成单词的字母，学生需要在四线三格中正确写出单词。这四个单词都是本册书中的语音例词，复习了元音字母a,e,i,u的发音。
Sing a song学习的是短元音歌Short vowel song。教材只展示了元音字母a的歌词，学生可以根据这一段歌词，将字母a改写成字母e，i，o，u，将语音例词相应改为red，pen，big，pig，hot，dog，fun，duck，每段歌词复习一个元音字母在单词里的发音。

（1）通过游戏复习和巩固有关方位介词 动物 家庭成员 房间物品 国籍 颜色 数字和水果等词汇。
（2）能够在真实或模拟的情景中听懂 会说本册书中询问国籍 位置 数量等的句型。
（3）能够积极参与活动,并乐于在活动中使用英语。
（4）通过“看一看,写一写”的活动,对含有元音字母a, e, i, o, u的单词进行复习和巩固训练。
（5）通过“Sing a song”中的歌谣进一步操练单词 句型,让学生在唱歌中将知识落到实处。
过程与方法
首先，通过猜单词的活动，让学生熟悉这四个语音例词的拼写，为复习五个元音字母的发音做准备。再让学生指认元音字母，从而进一步了解和熟悉元音字母a,e,i,o,u以及它们的发音规则。
其次，通过chant来复习语音，让学生在律动中牢牢掌握每个元音字母的发音，加深他们的记忆。
最后，做游戏。先让学生明白游戏的规则，然后给学生举例，让学生明白每幅图有不同的描述方法。让学生以组为单位开始游戏，综合性地复习本册书学过的内容。

通过游戏，让学生在游戏和竞争中复习单词。加深学生对单词的记忆，同时
培养学生的竞争意识，调动学生学习的积极性，同时培养其合作竞争意识。

Step 2: Presentation & Practice

Look and say
The teacher leads students to have a good look at the pictures on page 68. And talk with students about the pictures.
T: Boys and girls，let’s play an interesting game ——Go up the ladders. Go down the snakes now. Can you see the ladders and the snakes
Ss: Yes, we can.
The student who finishes first is the winner.
