2. 师生进行口语交际，由讨论天气过渡到本单元口语话题。

引导学生说出自己所了解的有关动物单词，如果学生说出本课涉及单词，

Presentation新知呈现 1. 教师根据学生已说出来的动物单词引出本节课的新词汇。
出示词卡：sheep，hen，cow，horse，学生认读，并画出其简笔画(可以画课本上)。21世纪教育网版权所有
教师将一些发音规律进行归纳，帮助学生记忆单词。
如：ee在sheep中发[ i：]，ow在cow中发[au]等，也可启发学生怎样记住每个单词。让学生跟读。21世纪教育网版权所有
2. 教师呈现出所有的单词后，黑板上所有动物的简笔画可以构成一个小农场，可画出农场大门以及栅栏，引出farm.
T： Look! There are many animals at the farm（重复两遍）.
教师继续添加动物，使它们变为复数，边画边用英语介绍：
These are sheep. These are hens. These are cows. These are horses.

3. 教师出示一张农场图片。
T: Look，it is a farm. There are so many animals.

学生回答，教师注意指点复数的发音；并引导学生自己观察总结出sheep单数和复数相同,sheep的复数还是sheep.
教师接着提问：How many…… 学生回答：… … (再次巩固所学名词复数)
4. 看课件，描述。

教师出示词卡并领读，让学生掌握生词的正确发音。
2. 单词练习游戏。

b. 学生两人一组，一人模仿动物做动作一人说英语单词。
