Unit 6 Developing ideas & Presenting ideas名师教学设计
课时内容：
Developing ideas包括两部分：第一部分是一篇报刊社论，主要介绍了生活中常见的关于环境保护的几个认识误区，包括：纸质购物袋优于塑料袋？关掉的电器不耗电？吃本地食物更利于环保？淋浴比泡澡更好？文章分析了这几种做法，并解释了真实的情况。第二部分 Writing a persuasive letter呈现了一封倡议“光盘行动”的信件，要求学生按照提出环保问题、分析原因、提出解决措施这个思
路，学会写劝谏性文章。
Presenting ideas部分要求学生想出几种可以减少碳足迹的做法和物品，增强环保意识。
课时目标：
1.知识素养：
（1）通过快速阅读、跳读等阅读方式，快速获取主要信息。
（2）掌握并记忆本课时的重点词汇 majority, amount, electricity, remove, urge, concerned, contribute, average, take…into account的用法。
2.能力素养：
（1）通过对公认的环保方式的重新解读，培养学生理清文章主线、获取关键信息的思维品质。
（2）学会文中具体词汇、句型的用法，并能熟练运用。
3.情感素养：通过了解更多的环保方式，培养学生的环保意识，并从自身做起，做一个环保卫士。
重点难点：

教学过程：

Asks students to do Activity 1 on Page 68.
Look at the questions about “green living” and tick your answers.
【设计意图】通过对比选项，比较哪种做法更环保，让环保观念深入人心。在培养学生环保意识的同时，进一步接近文章主题。
