P43
Write a passage called My rules for a healthy life. Include the rules and examples you have written in Activity 5 and 6.
Possible answer:
Here are my rules for a healthy life. The first and most important one is to get enough rest. You must always get enough rest! If you are tired, you will not be able to concentrate properly, and you will be in a bad mood all the time. The second is to make sure that you eat properly. Make sure you eat enough rice, vegetables and meat. Stay away from fast food though, and don’t overeat. The third rule is to exercise twice a week. If you don’t exercise at least this much, your body will get stiff and weak. The fourth rule is to care for your friends and your family. Not only will they be happy, you will too!
