假设你是李华，你的朋友Tom在马路上扶起了一位摔倒的老爷爷，却被误解为撞他的人。针对这件事，Tom感到非常苦恼，给你写信求助。请你给他回信进行安慰。内容包括：

（1）一审：确定写作体裁和主题
体裁：应用文
主题：安慰与鼓励
（2）二定：确定时态和人称
时态：以一般现在时为主（讲述现在的情况）
人称：第一人称（Ⅰ）和第二人称（you）
（3）三明确：明确写作要点：回应问题——给出建议——鼓励与赞美
（4）结合要点分为三个段落
3.素材整理
（1）关键词语
