本课时的话题是多样的艺术表达形式以及来自卢浮宫的现场报道,包括 Starting out和 Understanding ideas两部分。
Starting out是导入部分,通过观察图片和观看视频,了解多种不同的艺术表现形式:(1)杨丽萍的《孔雀舞》以纯净柔美的舞蹈,展现空灵的艺术形象和特殊的灵慧气质,她是一名独一无二、至情至性的舞者;(2)西班牙超现实主义画家萨尔瓦多·达利的绘画作品《记忆的永恒》表达了某种痛苦和无奈,作品中所蕴含的主题思想主要受到弗洛伊德的启发;(3)意大利著名作曲家贾科莫·普契尼根据童话剧改编的《图兰朵》,演绎了经典,经久不衰;(4)《思想者》是法国雕塑大师罗丹的作品,将深刻的精神内涵与完整的人物塑造融于一体,体现了罗丹雕塑艺术的基本特征。
Understanding ideas部分是一篇来自法国卢浮宫的现场报道,着重介绍了《萨莫色雷斯的胜利女神》《蒙娜丽莎》和伦勃朗的自画像等镇馆作品。通过阅读这篇文章,进一步了解了卢浮宫的展品、规模等信息,提高学生的阅读能力和理解能力,并能根据文章提炼主要信息。
课时目标:

2.通过速读、精读等方式,引导学生由浅入深,逐层推进,加深对文章的理

以及绘画巨匠伦勃朗的自画像,引导学生了解不同领域里的艺术表现形式及艺术家的故事,学习他们的优秀品质。

Step I Leading in
1.The teacher guides the students to look at the pictures on Page 37 and asks them to speak out the four art forms.
2.Play the video prepared in advance,and ask the questions:
(1)What cities are introduced in the video?
(2)What is each city famous for in the world of art?
3.Work in groups.
Ask students to talk about different art forms shown in the pictures and record what they discussed in the form.

【设计意图】该部分用简答题的形式将课文主要内容展示出来,学生能够理清文章脉络,掌握文章的主要内容。同时,锻炼了学生的概括、归纳能力和语言表达能力。有原文提示,难度不大,因此将该题设置在了速读部分。

【设计意图】通过设置该题,进一步归纳、概括文章,理清文章脉络,有助于学生更好地加深对文章的理解。同时,在读懂语篇的基础上,将英语语法、句法和词汇的知识融合在一起,更科学地反映学生的口语表达能力和英语综合运用能力。
