教材分析 本单元是义务教育人教版(pep)小学英语教科书三年级下册第四单元。单元主题为Where is my car (我的车在哪里)。主情景图通过孩子们蒙上眼睛猜物品位置的活动及Zoom和Zip的捉迷藏游戏来引出本单元的重点话题:询问或描述物品的位置。A部分共三页,分三课时。第一课时为情景对话和练习部分。Let’s talk部分放学了,John和Mike准备回家。Mike找不到自己的文具盒,得到了John的帮助。通过他们的对话引出了三会单词:in, under, desk, 同时呈现了本单元询问和描述物品位置的句式:Where is my pencil box It’s in your desk. 在玩一玩练习中,通过吴斌斌和Sarah的游戏,呈现了重点问答句的句式结构。第二课时为重点词汇和重点句型呈现,通过Zip的询问呈现三会词汇:in, on, under, chair, desk, 以及重点句式:Where is the ruler It’s under the chair. Let’s do是个指令活动,学生需要根据指示将不同的身体部位放在正确的位置上。第三课时为语音学习,通过听一听、读一读、唱一唱,读一读、听一听、排一排,听一听、写一写三个活动,让学生理解并掌握字母o在单词里发的短音/ /。

导入新课 Teacher presents some objects and requires students to talk about where these things are. Then teacher plays a short video for students to sing a song. Look and practice asking and answering where things are. Then sing a song along with the short video. 通过问答和歌曲来进行热身,既起到了温故知新的作用,还可以让学生做好学习英语的知识、心理准备。
讲授新课 Teacher plays another short video.Teacher leads students to learn how the letter O makes sound in these words.Teacher chooses two students to tell their answers. Then teacher gives more words with letter O in them and encourages students to pronounce them. Teacher plays a third short video. Teacher leads students to read, understand and retell a story. Watch the short video and feel how the letter O makes sound. Learn how the letter O makes sound. Then students read the four key words and try to find out the rule. And next students listen and repeat these words after the record. Then say the chant after the short video. Students are required to read, listen and number the words. Try to pronounce more words with letter O. Watch the third short video and learn to write the words. Learn to read, understand and retell the new story. 通过观察完成教师安排的教学流程,学生了解字母o的发音方法,并熟悉各个单词的整体发音,增加了自然拼读法的运用和书写单词环节,学生不排斥用自然拼读法学习和积累单词。 在学生学习和初步巩固自然拼读法之后,增加了一个绘本故事环节,旨在鼓励学生大胆运用自然拼读法学习拼读新单词,结合图片信息,帮助学生理解故事内容,并提高学生用英语学习的能力。
课堂练习 Teacher gives students some time to finish the exercises. Finish the exercises by themselves. 检测当堂所学内容。
课堂小结 学生对使用自然拼读法学习新单词并阅读绘本故事非常感兴趣而且都想尝试。
