课时内容
本课时涉及的是语言知识运用,包括 Past perfect和Biodiversity两部分:Past perfect讲解过去完成时的用法,帮助分类总结过去完成时的用法特点以及常见的时间状语。Biodiversity部分通过听力和阅读材料引导学生了解物种的多样性。
课时目标
1.掌握本课时的重点单词 characteristic、decline、blame、primitive和短语 be native to、make important discoveries、in particular、be harmful to、be home to、by contrast、grow up to、carry out、serve as的用法,并能在真实语境中灵活运用。
2.掌握过去完成时的用法。
3.帮助学生了解与物种多样性、自然界相关的话题内容,并能够恰当地运用功能表达询问信息、补充信息。
4.通过学习了解生物的多样性,激发学生探索大自然奥秘的热情,进而更加热爱自然、保护自然。

Step Ⅰ Grammar—Past perfect
1. Do Activity 1 on Page 53.
Look at the sentences from the reading passage and answer the questions.
