One day Alex decided to explore a cave at the edge of his village. Parents warned children away from the cave but kids were extremely curious about it.
Brushing away grasses covering the big hole, Alex jumped into the cave. Crash! The ground collapsed (倒塌) and Alex was down into the depth of the cave. He struggled to his feet and found his arm was sore as if it had been broken. Above him was the hole, which was far out of his reach.Trapped in the dark scaring cave, Alex was filled with fright and regret.

Sentence patterns:
