上面例句中的 whatever life gives me 为宾语从句,是主句谓语动词 will take 的宾语。引导词 whatever
不能换成 no matter what。

总结:
1 ) no matter + 疑问词只能用来引导让步状语从句,此时相当于疑问词 + ever。
2) 疑问词 + ever 还可用来引导名词性从句,如主语从句,宾语从句和表语从句等,此时不能用 no matter + 疑问词替换。
