板书设计
1.catch up意为“赶上”,通常与with连用。例如:
You must study harder to catch up with others.要赶上其他人,你必须努力学习。
2.fall over, fall down及fall off都有“摔倒;跌倒”的意思,但它们各自的含义不同。
(1)fall over强调的是“向前摔倒;跌倒”。例如:
She fell over and broke her leg.她跌倒了并把腿摔断了。
(2)fall down强调的是“滑倒;倒下”,其后接宾语时应加上介词from。例如:
Leaves fall down from trees in autumn.秋天,叶子都从树上落下。
(3)fall off强调的是“跌落;从……掉下来”,后面直接接宾语。例如:
The girl is falling off the bike.(=The girl is falling down from the bike.)女孩从自行车上摔下来。
3.call off 意为“取消”, 相当于cancel。例如:
He has called off the trip. = He has cancelled the trip.他已取消了这次行程。
教学反思
本节课为新授课,着重学生对新的单词、短语及句型的掌握。教学过程中,老师以学生为学习主体,利用学生自己的事情为案例,开展教学。这样,有利于激发学生学习的主动性,提高学习兴趣。
这节课的难点在于复习各种时态,老师在讲解时应以时态的意义为要点,列举例句,帮助学生理解。
