二、知识点拨
1.There be结构表示“某地或某时有某物或某人”。
肯定句：There be +名词+地点(事物) “某处有某物”
否定句：There be not +名词+地点(事物) “某处没有某物”
一般疑问句：Be there +名词+地点(事物) “某处有某物吗？”
肯定回答: Yes, there is/are . 否定回答:No. there isn’t/aren’t. .
2.介词短语
1）across from = on the other side of 在…对面;
across“横过”,指从物体表面横过，常用于表示横过街道、马路、桥和海洋等。
eg：Look! The students are walking across the road.看!学生们正在过马路。
through“穿过” 指从物体内部穿过，常用于表示穿过门窗、森林和公园等。
eg：You must go through the park.你必须穿过公园。
2）next to=beside 紧靠…的旁边，最接近
3）in front of 在…的前面，指在一个地方范围之外的前面
in the front of在…的前面，指在一个地方范围之内的前面
eg: There’s a tall tree in front of the class.教室前面有棵大树。(在教室之外)
The teacher’s desk is in the front of the class.老师的桌子在教室前面。(在教室之内)
