If you are new to running, here is some advice for you — it is important to warm up and cool down properly before and after running, so you do not hurt yourself.
如果你刚开始跑步,这里有一些建议送给你——在跑步前和跑步后,适当的热身运动和放松练习都是很重要的,这样就不会受伤。
it is+形容词+ to do sth意为“做某事是……的”。it 是形式主语,不定式短语to do sth是真正的主语。

1. 不定代词的定义
英语中不明确指代某个(些)人、某个(些)事物的代词被称为不定代词。由some-, any-, no-, every-加上-one, -body, -thing组成的代词叫复合不定代词。
