1.Could you please后加动词原形表示委婉的请求。
肯定回答常用Sure/Certainly/Of course.
否定回答常用Sorry, I can’t.
一般不用No回答,用No显得态度生硬,不礼貌。
注:could是情态动词can的过去式,但在本句中Could you do… 不表示过去,用以表示礼貌、委婉或不确定的语气。

could与can都是情态动词,could是can的过去式。二者都可用于表示请求。但是用法稍有不同。
can表示一般性的请求,语气随便,常用于熟人之间或长辈对辈,上级对下级的场合;

help sb. out (with sth.) 是一个动词短语,意思是:
“帮助某人解决难题, 帮助某人摆脱困境,帮助某人完成工作”

③ Would ten yuan help you out 十块钱能帮你解决问题吗

4. Could I at least finish watching this show
1) at least “至少”, 多指数量或程度上的最低限度。其反义词组为at most, 表示“至多,不超过”。
e.g. We should brush our teeth at least twice a day.
我们每天应该至少刷两次牙。
2) finish “完成;结束”, 表明已达到所做事情的终点, 后接名词/代词/动词-ing形式,不可接不定式。
I must finish my work before I go home.
