1. 命题分析
电子邮件是互联网时代人们进行书面交流的主要文体,其内容与书信没有区别,可以是记叙一件事情、讨论一些问题、说明某个事理、解释某个原因等究其实质,就是记叙文、说明文、议论文在实际生活中的应用。
2. 布局谋篇
电子邮件一般由以下五部分组成:
(1)收件人地址:在标题栏的“收件人(To)”框中输入收信人的电子邮件地址。
(2)主题:“主题(Subject)”框的内容应概括电子邮件的内容,可以是一个单词,可以是一个名词性短语,也可以是一个完整的句子。
(3)称呼:电子邮件一般使用非正式的文体,因此正文前的称呼通常无须使用Dear Mr Johnson之类的表达。在同辈的亲朋好友或同事间可以直呼其名,如:Hi Tom:但对长辈或上级最好使用头衔并使用
姓,如:Dear Doctor Li。
(4)正文:写电子邮件和写英文书信相差不多。
(5)结尾语:结尾语一般有Sincerely yours、Best regards等。
