知识目标:Enable students to learn to tell a story explaining the value of small acts of kindness, and guide students to analyze and review a fable about personal responsibility to the community.
能力目标:Let students learn to research what others have said about the virtues, and logically categorizes these sayings.
情感目标:Students can use the information in the class to reflect upon their own lives and make better choices on how they will live their daily lives and make preparations for their futures.

1. Help students to understand the definition of moral dilemmas.

2. Guide students to judge one’s attitude or feelings by paying attention to contents the speaker expresses, the speaker’s tone and intonation, etc.
3. Guide students to know that how to affect others by own benevolence; moreover, if so, better social atmosphere will be created.

一、Pre-class

通过提供几张照片向学生们展示,介绍并引入关于道德困境的话题。
二、While-class
1. 学生活动:通过之前导入活动中展示的图片,让学生们看下面的英文解释,并讨论以下两个问题。
A moral dilemma is a situation in which you have two or more difficult choices to make. If you choose one, you might get in trouble for not choosing the other(s).
1) What moral dilemma is the boy in the picture facing
2) Have you ever faced a moral dilemma or heard of someone who did Describe it.
2. 学生活动:教师组织学生进行小组讨论,请一些学生用一些词汇描述图片,然后要求学生们通过以前他们的所见所闻、所经历的道德困境来讨论第二个问题。
活动目的:在学生们进行听力之前,对所听的内容有一个大致了解,掌握一些关键信息,提高学生的听力水平。
3. 学生活动:让学生们浏览活动2中的表格,预测听力内容,并根据预测,试着填一下表格。在教师播放音频之前,要提醒学生们做好笔记,注意一些关键词。
活动目的: 锻炼学生们的推断能力,为训练听力类型的题打下基础。

三、After-class
6、学生活动:针对之前学生们通过听力所掌握的内容,来完成活动4。
活动目的:检测学生们之前对听力材料的掌握程度。
四、Summary
总结课上所学。
作业布置:完成课本活动5。
