定义
英语中有两种语态:主动语态和被动语态。主动语态表示主语是动作的执行者,被动语态表示主语是动作的承受者。如:

用法
(4)用于表示“据说/据报道/人们相信”等的固定句式。

主动语态转化为被动语态的步骤
Step 1 : _____________________________________
确定主动句的主语、谓语、宾语。

将主动句的宾语变成被动句的主语,若宾语是人称代词时,把宾格变成主格。

注意
(1) there be结构没有被动语态。 (2) happen,rise,appear,come out等不及物
动词(短语)没有被动语态。 (3)主动句中宾语为反身代词的没有被动语态。
被动语态的注意事项如下:
(4) look,sound,smell 等系动词或sell,write, wash等表示主语内在“品质”或“性能”的不及物动词可以用主动语态表示被动含义。 e.g. These books sell well.这些书卖得很好。

(5) talk about,pay attention to,take care of 等动词短语在变为被动语态时,其中的介词不可遗漏。e.g. She takes good care of her daughter.

(6)在主动语态中,see,watch,hear等感官动词和使役动词make后接省略to的动词不定式,但在变为被动语态时,要把省略的to还原。
e.g. I saw my boss buy some postcards.
→My boss was seen to buy some postcards by me.
我看见我的老板买了一些明信片。
注意
(7)双宾语结构改为被动语态时,若直接宾语作主语,动词后要加上介词;若间接宾语作主语,则动词后不用加介词。
