Step 3Listening for Gist Ss predict the gist of the listening materials by viewing the picture of the dodo, then listen to the story, check the prediction and answer the questions:1.What is the story about 2.Why does the dodo believe Man 3. Who killed the dodo 运用听力技能获取主旨大意及关键信息。 语言能力：猜测、提取、概括、描述信息
Step 4Viewing and Speaking Ss watch a video, work in pairs to talk about the endangered animals in the video and why they are endangered. Discuss in groups about how to save their animals.Second, work on a presentation about wildlife protection, either making a poster or giving a speech.
